Madeliene & Kyle's Organic Inspired Wedding

I fell in love with Madeliene and her family the moment we met. They were so thoughtful and relaxed about the wedding planning process. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Madeliene and her mom, Teresa, throughout the process. It was such fun meeting Kyle a bit later on. He is the perfect gentleman and complements Madeliene so well, they are both gracious and caring. The wedding was a destination wedding, with most friends and family coming from Texas. Teresa wanted to create a relaxed, elegantly organic wedding celebration which showcased California’s beautiful wine country, farm-to-table foods, and the abundant nature of the area. We sourced a former dairy farm in the heart of wine country, with old growth oaks, native cactus, vineyard views, and an abundance of fruit trees and flowers. It also gave us a combination of outdoor spaces and a beautifully refurbished barn for dinner and dancing. Our palette of neutrals and whites, complimented the bridesmaid’s gowns of soft gray. Long farm tables with metal chairs, lush eucalyptus leaf garlands as table runners, and a touch of whimsy in our place setting had guests gasping when they walked in to dinner. Oak Avenue Catering created a menu featuring the freshest local offerings, in addition to a beautiful wedding cake. Plush lounges and fire pits offered cozy spaces for guests to relax and watch Oak Avenue make gourmet pizzas in their wood burning oven, the perfect late night snack.
