Vanessa & Casey’s Outdoor Tent Inspired Winery Wedding

Our wonderful couple, Vanessa and Casey wanted their wedding day to be a combination of a natural outdoor soiree and an elegant affair, we were excited to find the perfect balance between these two styles and bring them together for an idyllic day. Once they saw the awe-inspiring views of Chalk Hill Winery they knew it was where they wanted to say their ‘I Do’s’. Casey's one request was for a grand view of vineyards and rolling hills. The ceremony took place on the top of the estate at Ridge Park, with a stunning view of the winery and greenery below. The ceremony design was adorned with minimal décor so guests could enjoy not only the beauty of Vanessa and Casey’s exchanged vows, but also the unobstructed 360 degree views.

With the reception area overlooking the vineyard covered valley, Vanessa and Casey wanted to highlight the views while dining under a canopy of string lights and chandeliers. Furnishings were brought in by Standard Party Rentals to create a relaxed lounge setting while Bright Event Rentals brought in the framework for the long dining tent and nestled it against the trees. The Lux Productions strung lights and chandeliers through the tent to create the perfect ambiance for the dinner as the sun set. Neutral florals by Plan Décor accented the tabletops and lounge adding an organic elegance to this beautiful outdoor reception. Componere Fine Catering created a fully custom menu for the reception. The incredible meal felt like a journey, with its destination being a gourmet ice cream sundae bar. The chef created made-to-order sundaes atop dry ice, where guests ogled at the creative process!

Vanessa and Casey’s day was the perfect combination of outdoor and understated elegance.
