Vanessa and Robin's Italian Hillside Inspired Wedding

Robin proposed to Vanessa while visiting their favorite villa in Tuscany. ‘We really wanted to get married in Italy, but realized Napa or Sonoma made much more sense for our guests.’ So together, we created a destination weekend wedding reminiscent of an opulant celebration the hills of Tuscany. The bride’s love of rose gold and blush gave us our wedding color palette. We sourced a private Tuscan style estate in Sonoma, overlooking hills of vineyards, with rows of cypress trees lining the drive up to the villa. A custom designed tent structure created opulent al fresco dining. Lush arrangements in blush-to-rose gold tones in stone urns and rose gold vessels set off the dining tables and spaces. Vera Wang save the dates and invitations were embellished with rose gold edging and a hand rendered engraving of the villa. Componere Fine Catering created a stellar four course Italian meal, with the main courses served a la famiglia. Wedding cake and late night gelato cones were offered while guests danced to the tunes of the 70’s band, Yacht Rock Revue.
