Services are custom crafted and address your needs whether you require a planner throughout the entire process, or simply wish orchestration on the ‘Day Of’. We remain attentive, working with you from the moment we are contacted to the last wave good-bye as you head off for your honeymoon.

Full Planning

We work with you on all aspects of your wedding planning, including essential elements such as aesthetics, budget, timeline development, site inspections and venue location, recommending, hiring, and managing vendors, contract negotiations, in person meetings, creative input on invitations, programs, favors and personal touches, the wedding rehearsal, and all day of coordination and management. We handle ‘every little detail’ that is involved in planning a flawless and unique wedding.

Partial Planning

We enter the planning process to assist in the final stages of logistical and organizational decisions, to recommend vendors, review contracts, organize transportation or hotels, and relieve the stress of planning. We become the main contact on your behalf, and complete the remainder of the planning including the day of wedding coordination and management.

‘Day Of’ Planning

Day Of services transfers all responsibilities from the bride and groom approximately one month prior to the wedding, including ‘Day Of’ orchestration. We handle any issues that may arise, attend with the bride and bridal party in preparing for the wedding, and organize the final details. We oversee the rehearsal and wedding day to ensure a smoothly run event and provide peace of mind that your wedding day is completely taken care of for you.
